Diane Pecora Webb, RN, BHS, Registered Nurse SpecialistAs Infection Control Chair for the University of Florida Student Health Care Center, Ms. Pecora Webb’s responsibilities include Team Leader for Special Clinics, the development of current Immunization Program at UF, administration of immunizations,education of staff to new vaccines as they are introduced, assisting with Preview and Orientation of new students, work with the International Office and English Language Institute to ensure that International Students have the Immunization Information and vaccinations they need for Registration plus information on recommended vaccines.

She oversees reactive TB Skin Tests by PPD and education of patients with Latent TB Infection, LTBI,chest xray and follow up when suspect TB Case. Work closely with Department of Health in any outbreak situation or suspect potential exposure. In charge of Vet Med Student Medical Monitoring Program for new Vet Med Students to ensure compliance with Risk Assessment for Animal Contact prior to Animal Contact. Provides Annual Bloodborne Pathogen Training for any SHCC Employees at risk for exposure to blood or bloodborne pathogens. She is the Quality Improvement Representative for Infection Control and also assists with Allergy Injections and Flu Campaign.
